Radhika Arapally is a sustainability champion with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry across Europe, Middle East and Africa, driving forward impactful change through her role as the founder of Sustainability Kiosk. A pioneer in sustainable hospitality, Radhika has collaborated with some of the most recognized hotel brands, including Minor Hotels, The First Group, Wyndham Hotels and Millennium Hotels, helping these industry giants embed sustainability into their operations while maintaining financial success. In her role at Sustainability Kiosk, Radhika has established a unique platform that connects, consults, and educates hospitality professionals and businesses on sustainable practices, offering a blend of strategic insight and practical solutions. As a keynote speaker and panel moderator, she is known for her deep knowledge and engaging presence, contributing to conferences like The Engineering and Sustainability Summit (TESS) , The Hotel Show, Future Hospitality Summit and the Responsible Hoteliers Summit, where she has successfully guided discussions on eco-profitability and net-positive hospitality. Her expertise extends beyond strategy; Radhika has a hands-on approach, having developed initiatives like the 'Hotel Operational Sustainability Toolkits (HOST),' a 200+ point checklist to streamline sustainability in hotel operations.
