As Director of Sustainable Hospitality at Sustainability Kiosk, she leverages over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry to empower hotels on their journeys to net-zero emissions. Tiffany holds a Business Degree focused on Tourism, further solidifying her expertise. She is also a graduate of the prestigious Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge and is certified by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). This unique combination equips her with a powerful blend of theoretical knowledge and actionable solutions. A strong believer in collaboration, Tiffany has witnessed the transformative power of partnerships between hotels and local stakeholders. She actively collaborates to craft impactful sustainability programs that deliver genuine reductions in a hotel's environmental footprint. On Wednesday, 26th February 2025, the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) hosted the Dubai Sustainable Tourism (DST) Stamp awards ceremony at Atlantis the Royal, celebrating hotels that have excelled in sustainability.
