Adrienne Doolan is passionate about protecting the planet and has been a vital pillar of the UN Global Compact Network, raising her voice to open people’s minds.

In the episode, I casually chat with Adrienne about linkages between cleaning and air quality. She shares her knowledge on the subject, demystifying the terminology for us, and the results of the pilot study they have recently conducted at a Sustainable city home in Dubai. The study has shown that with one day of swapping for green products, we observed a 54% change in air quality for the better.

In the episode, we also learn that air only takes 8 seconds to go directly to your brain, and indoor air quality is 3-5 times worse than outdoor air.

Listen and enjoy learning about cleaning swaps you can make at home or in business for a better quality of life and a better planet.
