Here’s a quick overview of our 2024 so far:
- In March we hosted our exclusive Executive Roundtable on Net Positive Hospitality which was attended by over 12 sustainability leaders representing 60 UAE hotel brands!
- We visited Tbilisi, Georgia to moderate the Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East & Africa #LeadersConference.
- We celebrated female leaders at the #SheDidIt event with Dubai Silicon Oasis
- Tiffany McGrath shared her thoughts on luxury travel trends in Abu Dhabi.

- We recorded not one, but TWO new video podcast episodes featuring John Roberts, Head of Conservation and Biodiversity at Minor Hotels, and Jelena Kezika, Senior Director of Strategy at Global Hotel Alliance.
- We are organising our next exciting leaders discussion around the upcoming Arabian Travel Market (ATM) on the 6th of May 2024; and CEO Glenn Mandziuk MEDes. MCIP FRSA of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance will be speaking at the event.
UAE’s Sustainability Leaders Unite for Net-Positive Hospitality
On March 7th, the Sustainability Kiosk hosted an Executive Roundtable for Sustainability at Anantara Dubai The Palm, in collaboration with the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (SHA). The invitation-only event brought together sustainability heads and chief engineers from the UAE’s leading hotel brands. The Focus? Collaboration for Net Positive Hospitality. Radhika Arapally led the “Go Green” panel at the Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East & Africa Leaders Conference attended by 60 hotels held in Tbilisi, Georgia. Women’s Day Participation with Dubai Silicon Oasis
This International Women’s Day, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) hosted #SheDidIt, an event celebrating women in tech and sustainability and our founder, Radhika Arapally, was a speaker! Â With only 1 in 15 women in hospitality leadership, events like #SheDidIt are crucial. Read more about the gender gap.
Luxury Travel Market and Industry Insights at MALT

MIT Design X Accelerator: Pitch Day for Kiosk
We were selected as the first cohort with Boston’s MIT DesignX accelerator. Through workshops, feedback from mentors, peers and pitch practice, we solidified the approach to helping hotels implement sustainability initiatives. Read more on our experience
