Dubai, October 7: Sustainability Kiosk, the UAE’s leading sustainability advisory for hoteliers, is delighted to announce the successful launch of the inaugural Responsible Hoteliers Summit in collaboration with the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance and Dubai Sustainable Tourism.
The event was held at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort on October 3 featuring expert panels, leadership workshops and inspiring discussions from the cutting edge of the sustainable hospitality transition.
Peers and sustainability experts gained knowledgeable insights at panels and talks featuring best practices and case studies along with topics like waste reduction, Net Zero Hospitality, and sustainability marketing.

Sustainability was more than a theme at this event: no-logo lanyards were made from recyclable cork material and attendees had the option to keep them to reuse for other events or responsibly dispose of them through a recycling partner. Reuseable bottles were handed out and water stations were installed throughout the venue to allow attendees to fill up their bottles during the event. And participants were treated to a thoughtfully crafted catering experience courtesy of the culinary team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort who focused on health, zero waste, and locally sourced ingredients for their meals.
