The Process
SET UP: Once the setup is done, the residents can download the SPRNG-Smart and log in. They then have the whole community at their fingertips ie:1) They can control smart devices in their suites
2) Buy from a hyperlocal market,
3) Raise trouble/support tics (experience a digital concierge),
4) Access/open common areas/amenities via their smartphones (no e-waste from smart cards) & share digital keys with visitors
5) Watch community videos and videos of vacant suites
6) Video call other residents and visitors
7) Provide feedback
8) Book amenities
