This January, our hotels took a bold step towards a more sustainable future, offering delicious plant-based options and proving that conscious choices can be truly mouth-watering.

Sustainable Food Systems: A Dish We All Share

Food isn’t just sustenance; it’s a web woven with threads of environment, health, and social responsibility. Our current food systems, reliant heavily on animal agriculture, face immense challenges. From deforestation and greenhouse gas emissions to water scarcity and antibiotic overuse, the impact is undeniable.

Why More Plants Mean a Healthier Planet

Embracing a plant-forward approach isn’t just a trendy fad; it’s a strategic shift towards a resilient future. Vegetables, fruits, and legumes require significantly less land, water, and energy to produce compared to animal products. They also emit substantially less greenhouse gas, making them climate heroes in disguise.

Veganuary: A Seedling of Change

This “Veganuary we invited our hotels to join a global movement, urging them to offer a diverse and delectable plant-based menu for the entire month. And guess what? They answered the call with vibrant gusto!

Beyond Veganuary: Roots Running Deep

Veganuary is just the beginning. Our hotels are committed to nurturing this commitment to sustainability by expanding their plant-based offerings beyond January and partnering with local farmers and producers.  Our hotels have increased their Vegan Menu offering permanently.

The Future is on Our Plates: A Bite-Sized Revolution

Every plate, every choice we make, has the power to shape the world. By choosing more plant-based options, we’re not just nourishing our bodies; we’re nourishing our planet. This Veganuary, our hotels proved that sustainable food systems aren’t just a distant dream but a delicious reality.

Join us, and let’s cultivate a future where every meal is a celebration of health, sustainability, and the vibrant taste of change.
