What to do with the compost? – The output from GreenGood Oklin Food Waste Composter is an immature compost that can be used in horticulture applications at a 1:10 (compost:soil) ratio. Alternative, it can be cured for 30 days, and used directly in landscaping applications, or as fertilizer.

The Process
GreenGood Oklin’s compositing machine does not need to be connected to a water supply or sewer system.
The decomposition process, which employs high temperature microorganisms, is energy-efficient and can break down food waste in one day.
The system can reduce sold food waste by up to 90% in volume.
The end product can be used as a fertiliser in gardens or agricultural land.
Oklin’s proprietary blend of microbes specialise in composting food waste under an aerobic environment. in temperatures of 50ºC (122ºF) or higher, posing no threat to humans or animals.
