These events also remind us of the importance of resilience, collaboration, and clarity of purpose. As we continue advancing sustainability initiatives and partnerships, we remain committed to building systems that are adaptive, responsible, and grounded in long-term thinking.

This Holy Month, we collaborated with Frauke Aoun, General Manager of Sila and Affini by Marriott International, to create a practical guide on how hotels can give back to local communities during Ramadan.

Each suggestion is simple to implement while creating a meaningful impact, highlighting the social pillar of sustainability and reflecting the true spirit of the season.

At Sustainability Kiosk, we are proud to collaborate with Dubai Holding on their Gift it Forward initiative, which transforms excess hotel items into meaningful gifts for communities in need while reducing waste.

Through this collaboration, 60 hotels participated, helping distribute more than 18,000 items with purpose. The initiative highlights how hospitality can bring the social pillar of ESG to life by supporting the communities it serves.
