ElevationR is a world-leading approach to building energy performance, carbon and cost savings. We provide a consulting product that allows our customers to understand how their building is performing from an energy perspective – baselined against industry standards and peers – and provides engineered and logical insights and advice on how to reduce energy usage in buildings.
The advised energy-saving measures are grouped into low/medium/high-cost interventions allowing customers to take quick wins or to plan more intrusive (and more beneficial) measures as part of wider capital investment plans.
The benefits can be savings of 5-15% of energy bills from low-cost interventions and up to 20-30% from more intrusive refurbishment works.

What we do is provide transparency on how the building is working and open the door for improvements to be made, which significantly impact operating budgets and carbon emissions; in addition, this process supports ESG measures and reporting.
The Process
- You issue us your existing as-built drawings, equipment schedules, and energy bills for initial review.
- We survey your building, focused on the systems and services to document your existing installation and control systems.
- We will talk with your engineering team to review any performance issues or comfort issues we currently experience.
- We benchmark your building energy use to industry standards.
- We provide a detailed report on current building operation which provides a suite of low-cost, medium cost and high-cost measures, each with a return on investment calculation for your consideration.
- We define areas of further and more detailed study which can be considered for more intrusive refurbishment works.
