✉️ A Note from Radhika
Dear Colleagues,
This month marks an exciting new chapter for us at Sustainability Kiosk. With the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance strengthening its presence in the Middle East, I am honored to step into the role of Senior Strategic Representative – UAE. It’s a responsibility I take with deep gratitude, and a chance to bring the vision of Net Positive Hospitality closer to reality in our region.
At the same time, Sustainability Kiosk remains as committed and independent as ever. Our mission continues: to support hoteliers with education, to connect suppliers without commissions, and to champion solutions that balance people, planet, and profit. These two roles complement each other — together, they amplify the impact we can create across the hospitality ecosystem.
Preparations are in full swing for the Responsible Hoteliers Summit 2025. This year’s gathering will not just be a conversation — it will be about collective action. Together with our newly formed Advisory Board, we are shaping a program that connects bold ideas with real impact, ensuring hotels across the Middle East are equipped to thrive sustainably.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether through certifications, innovation, or meaningful dialogue at the Summit, we look forward to walking alongside you in building a resilient, responsible, and regenerative hospitality industry.
Eco Regards,
Radhika Arapally

At the recent Sustainability Innovation Forum 2025, Tiffany McGrath, Director, Sustainable Hospitality at Sustainability Kiosk, shared the stage with hospitality powerhouses in a panel titled “From Kitchen to Corner Office: Driving Sustainability Across the Hospitality Chain.”
Recognising that sustainability is more than just a buzzword, Tiffany shared her insights on embedding sustainable practices into a culture where collaboration is central and outcomes are measurable. These key points emphasised that sustainability not only drives resilience and efficiency but, most importantly, helps organisations avoid greenwashing.
