The base principles behind the cleaning science with probiotics is to displace unwanted microbes and pathogens from any surface or space. By introducing an abundance of ‘good’ bacteria to a surface, biofilm will be removed completely from the surface, exposing microbes residing on that surface, making them vulnerable.

Probiotics are live bacteria that are active when the surface is wet or dry, for as long as there is a food source present. The recolonisation process is slowed down, keeping surfaces clean for a longer period of time.

The sanitisation effect of the probiotics can simply be measured with ATP testing.

Z BioScience probiotics can be used in a wide variety of soft services uses, ranging from APC, carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, deodorisation, mould remediation, etc. The probiotics can be applied by wiping, spraying, misting/fogging, mopping, and foaming.
