• Reduce water consumption in our office operations
• Eliminate single-use plastics from all events and office operations

3.3 Sustainable Events & Networking

All Sustainability Kiosk events will:

• Be held at venues with demonstrated sustainability practices or green building certifications
• Provide plant-forward catering options with locally sourced ingredients where available
• Eliminate single-use items through reusable alternatives
• Offer virtual attendance options to reduce travel emissions
• Measure and report event-related environmental impact

3.4 Responsible Partnerships

• Vet all marketplace vendors for environmental credentials and verified impact claims
• Prioritise solutions that demonstrate measurable emissions reductions
• Refuse partnerships with organisations engaged in greenwashing or unsubstantiated environmental claims
• Promote transparency in environmental reporting among our partner network

3.5 Client Advisory Excellence

• Provide evidence-based recommendations grounded in verified data and proven technologies
• Guide clients toward solutions that deliver both environmental and operational benefits
• Support clients in setting science-based emissions reduction targets
• Share knowledge and best practices openly within the hospitality community

• Implement comprehensive recycling and waste segregation in all locations we control
• Partner with vendors committed to circular economy principles

4. Implementation & Responsibility

4.1 Leadership Commitment

The Founder and leadership team are responsible for:

• Setting environmental targets and ensuring policy compliance
• Allocating resources for environmental initiatives
• Reviewing progress quarterly and adjusting strategies as needed
• Leading by example in all business decisions

4.2 Team Responsibility

All team members and contractors must:

• Understand and implement this policy in their daily work
• Identify opportunities for environmental improvement
• Report concerns or suggestions to leadership
• Participate in environmental training and awareness initiatives

4.3 Partner & Vendor Expectations

We expect our partners and vendors to:

Sustainability Kiosk will:

  • Event-related environmental impact
  • Digital infrastructure energy consumption
  • Waste generation and diversion rates
• Conduct annual environmental audits to assess policy effectiveness
• Publish an annual sustainability report sharing our progress, challenges, and learnings with transparency
• Engage with industry frameworks such as the UAE Net Zero by 2050 Strategic Initiative and relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals

6. Continuous Improvement

We commit to:

• Setting annual environmental targets with measurable outcomes
