7. Stakeholder Engagement

We actively engage with hotel owners/operators, hospitality professionals, solution providers, industry associations, government bodies, and local communities through collaborative, feedback-driven partnerships
focused on regional relevance, particularly within Middle East markets and Dubai’s net-zero commitments.

8. Measurement & Reporting

Our Approach:

  • Track and report annually on key CSR indicators across all policy areas
  • Conduct annual stakeholder consultations for feedback

  • Commission independent impact assessments where appropriate
  • Publish annual CSR report by Q2 each year

Grievance Mechanism: Stakeholders can report concerns to csr@sustainabilitykiosk.com or via our anonymous reporting channel. All concerns investigated within 30 days.
