By registering for and/or attending events (the “Event”), organised by Sustainability Kiosk, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Registration and Tickets
- Registration: All attendees must register for the event. Registration can be completed online at www.sustainabilitykiosk.com, subject to availability.
- Ticket Purchase: Tickets for the event can be purchased through www.sustainabilitykiosk.com.
- Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. Please bring this confirmation with you to the event.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
30+ days before event: Full refund (less $50 admin fee)
4. 8–29 days before: 20% refund or transfer to next event
7 days or less: No refund
To cancel or request a refund, please contact the Event Organiser at info@sustainabilitykiosk.com. Refunds are typically processed within 14–21 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. - Transfer of Tickets: You can transfer your ticket to a colleague for free, by informing the Sustainability Kiosk team in advance. Any unauthorised transfer or resale of tickets may result in the invalidation of the ticket without refund.
- Ticket Categories & Discounts: Two ticket categories are available: Hotelier and Solution Provider. Hotelier tickets may be purchased at an Early Bird Rate valid until 30 September 2025, unless otherwise amended by the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser reserves the right to modify or withdraw discounts, including Early Bird rates, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Ticket No-Shows: Tickets will be forfeited if not used and no retroactive refunds will be given.
- Invoicing: Invoices for tickets purchased on the Sustainability Kiosk website are generated electronically and can be accessed directly from your Sustainability Kiosk account dashboard. By logging in, you can view, download, and print your invoice at any time.
- Sponsorship & Exhibitor Terms
Sponsorship and Exhibitor participation are governed by separate written agreements with the Event Organiser, and must be followed in addition to these Terms.
2. Attendance and Conduct
- Admission: The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who poses a threat to the safety or enjoyment of other attendees.
- Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful by the Organiser may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
- Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while attending the event.
- Photography and Recording:
A. Attendees may take photographs and make recordings for personal use only, unless otherwise specified by the Organiser.
B. Commercial use of photographs or recordings taken at the event is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
C. By attending the event, you grant the Organiser the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional or archival purposes related to the event. - Sustainability:
Attendees agree to comply with the event’s sustainability and ethical guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, minimising waste, properly utilising recycling and composting facilities, reducing unnecessary resource consumption, and adhering to all policies designed to promote an environmentally responsible and socially respectful event.
3. Health and Safety
- Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. The Organiser will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but cannot guarantee against all risks.
- Accessibility & Inclusion: The Organiser is committed to providing an inclusive event. Please inform us in advance of any accessibility requirements so that reasonable arrangements can be made.
- Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or special needs that may affect your attendance, please inform the Organiser in advance at info@sustainabilitykiosk.com
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures at the event venue. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of event staff.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
- No Warranties: The Organiser makes no warranties or representations regarding the event, including but not limited to the content, speakers, or schedule. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program at any time without prior notice.
- Insurance & Liability Clarity: Attendees are responsible for arranging personal travel/health insurance, especially for international guests.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
- Force Majeure: The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government regulations.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
- When registering online, attendee information will be collected and used for registration, event-related communication, and participation purposes. The data may also be utilised for other marketing purposes, reporting, analytics, and event improvement. No personal details will ever be shared without explicit consent. All information is stored securely and managed in compliance with applicable UAE data protection regulations.

6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the event, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by the Organiser or its presenters.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use any of the Organiser’s intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
8. Miscellaneous
- Event Changes: The Event program, speakers, or schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Organiser regarding your attendance at the event and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: The failure of the Organiser to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.
- Amendments: The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Organiser’s website or at the event venue. Communication of Amendments: Attendees will be notified of material amendments via email or on the official event website.
