Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage our digital presence, drive audience engagement, and support our event promotions. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing social media channels, creating content, and assisting with events and podcasts.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media calendars, engage with the audience, monitor analytics, and create strategies to grow engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Platform X.Â
Content Creation: Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and event marketing content to showcase Sustainability Kiosk’s expertise and brand values.Â
Podcast Coordination: Assist with scheduling, promotion, and content planning for ‘Sustainable Stories’ podcast episodes.Â
Event Promotion: Support the planning, promotion, and coordination of events, including the Responsible Hoteliers Summit and other industry gatherings.Â
Website Management: Update and optimize website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand voice.Â
Client Support: Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and assist in maintaining partnerships.Â
Market Research: Stay updated on sustainability trends, identify relevant topics, and share insights with the team.Â
Partner Marketing Support: As a Marketplace Sustainability Kiosk works with partners, and support in driving marketing reach for our premium partners.Â
QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldÂ
1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or event management (experience in hospitality or sustainability is a plus)Â
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)Â
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principlesÂ
Strong organizational and project management skillsÂ
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlinesÂ
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platformsÂ
Knowledge of sustainable practices in the hospitality industryÂ
Arabic is a plusÂ

Duration: Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance and company growthÂ

Hours:Â
 Weekly Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate varying project demands.Â
Core Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (UAE time) – these hours ensure overlap with the team and clients for meetings and project updates.Â
Flexible Work: While core hours are suggested, there is room for flexibility in terms of remote work and occasional off-peak hours to support events or campaigns if needed.Â
